There are classes for both children and adults at the Yokota Church of Christ. It has been customary for members to take turns teaching both children and adults over the years.  The format is basically a discussion style format in the adult Bible class – usually choosing a Bible book or theme to study over a period of weeks.  It is hoped that it will continue to be conducive to the spiritual growth of all members.

The children’s Bible classes have had emphasis on learning Bible facts and familiarizing each student with the basic stories of the Bible.  Each teacher tries to ‘bring home” the practical applications of each lesson to the level of the children. It is hoped that this will pass on to the next generation the wonderful truths of God’s Word and give them a respect for the Bible as they face the challenges of living in this society.
